How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping is always FREE on orders over $50!! Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
In most cases, we will ship via USPS.
Where do you deliver?
We ship anywhere within the US. We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my order be shipped?
Our processing time is 1-3 days and shipping can be anywhere from 2-7 days once it leaves our warehouse.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot update or change any shipping address once the order is placed. Please double check all shipping information is correct when placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress. You can also login to your Shopify account and check the order status there.
What should I do if my package is undelivered?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

How do I properly care for my Busy Baby Cup?
To ensure proper care, please disassemble all pieces before washing to prevent any mold growth. The cups are dishwasher safe, so you can easily clean them with your regular dishware.
Please monitor children with the cup so they do not bite on straw as this can potentially damage the spill-proof valve.
Are the Busy Baby Cups dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, the Busy Baby Cups are both dishwasher and microwave safe, making them convenient for everyday use.
What materials are the Busy Baby Cups made from?
Our Busy Baby Cups are made from high borosilicate glass, encased in a protective, food-grade silicone sleeve. They are designed to be 100% non-toxic.
