We want you to be completely satisfied with your Busy Baby Cup purchase. If for any reason you need to return your cup, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• The cup must be returned in its original packaging, including the box.
• Returns are only accepted for items that arrived damaged. Cups damaged by the customer are not eligible for return 

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the "My Account" section. Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
